Wordless Wednesday 7-28-18 - "Neverbust"

Measuring 5 feet by 25 feet and made of welded steel, "Neverbust" is a permanent art display between the Sylvan Bros. building and the Kress building on the 1500 block of Main Street in Columbia, SC. Created by Artist Blue Sky, the sculpture was installed in 2000. When once asked why he put the display there, the artist apparently replied that it looked like one building was leaning a little bit.

Interesting concept as an artform.  I loved Barbara Todaro ' s interpretation.  Perhaps the artist need to get over to the leaning tower of Pisa also.  A
