As I was perusing blogs to comment, I noticed the word Summerlin.  There is a Summerlin community in Las Vegas where we explored when we created the brand for one of our clients.  Summerlin was named for Howard Hughes paternal grandmother's maiden name.  He owned the land where this community was built.  Is there a Howard Hughes connection in SC.  A
