We see lots of narrower lots, often called town/city lots in our area but less popular than the larger 0.25 acre sites. But many buyers find the lower price point appealing and so they can succeed for new construction where everyone has the same choice.

Having the detached home, with the affordability of a townhouse, is the best of both worlds.
