New Construction Homes in Northeast Columbia, SC Under $400,000  If you live in Northeast Columbia, or any where in Columbia, SC for that matter you no doubt familiar with Lake Carolina. What many people may not realize is that there are still new construction homes available in Lake Carolina from some of Columbia's top builders.

  Woodleigh Park in Lake Carolina in fact is one such community and this wonderful highly desired community has now opened a new phase with two builders already putting field models, pre-built and not yet sold homes, on the ground.


New Home Communities in Northeast Columbia, SC Under $400,000  Currently Mungo Homes has a few homes under construction and they are putting the finishing touches on their Model Home which has yet to even open. The other builder currently building homes in the new phase of Woodleigh Park in Lake Carolina is Fortress Homes, a local builder that is now a division of Eastwood Homes.
