JL's Columbia SC Real Estate Blog: Spring is Here in Lake Carolina

Spring is Here in Lake Carolina

Selling Homes in Lake Carolina  Lake Carolina

Columbia, SC

Though we may be about a month away from Springtime in most of the country, with temperatures reaching 80 today and highs around the same for the rest of  the, it looks like Spring has sprung in Lake Carolina. I snapped this picture of the fountain at front entrance of the community on my way home this evening.

With flowers starting to peek out from the ground and the green grass stretching across the ground, the beauty of Lake Carolina is becoming easier to see. Now is a great time to get a head start on your home search so you can enjoy all the community has to offer by Summer. Of course, if you are planning on selling a home, now is a great time to put it on the market before other sellers waiting for the Summer decide to list. Now is a great time to take advantage of lower inventory. So that being said, if you would like a free market analysis of your home to see what it is worth, feel free to contact me. It sure does look like spring. I’m sure that is a very welcome sight, and a very pretty fountain.

My daffodils are now under about a half a foot of Spring snow. :) Glad to hear spring has sprung in South Carolina. D

Unseasonably warm here today...reached 77. So nice!

Unfortunately it's back to reality and bitter cold the rest of the week.
