This sounds like it is a lot of home for the money. I am sure you will find a buyer quickly.
JL: Looks like a home that only needs a bit of yard work to green up the lawn. Of course, that will happen naturally in the Spring anyway.
What a nice starter home JL. You would have to invest a lot more in this area for the same thing.
