I am suprised also at the price for a new home.  We are stillhigher here in the Nort land!  Could be part of our problem.

JL:  Even with prices having dropped here in Northern Virginia, a home like the one you describe would cost about $300K in my neck of the woods.  I hope your buyers realize how lucky they are.
