Sounds like a great community. And the prices sound even better! Low 100s? Wow!
JL: I love tree lined streets. I can't wait until my builder planted trees are actually able to screen a view, or provide some shade. Pickwick Place sounds like it's right up my alley.
JL..it is good to see some trees in the developement. So much of ours are done in farm fields with no Fauna at all.
JL --- this does look like a very nice subdivision --- you can tell the builder cares about his subdivision -- loves the trees. Happy Thanksgiving.
