JL:  I love tree lined streets.  I can't wait until my builder planted trees are actually able to screen a view, or provide some shade.  Pickwick Place sounds like it's right up my alley.

JL..it is good to see some trees in the developement.  So much of ours are done in farm fields with no Fauna at all.
