I use to be a Flight Attendant and layed over in Columbia a couple times.  I remember riding bikes along a trail and having a beer some place where we through our peanut hulls on the floor, near the college I think.

Debbie- You likely went to longhorn steak house in the Vista. They still toss shells on the floor.
