JL - Ivy Square looks like a very nice and affordable neighborhood. Plenty of interior space for a retired couple or for those just getting started and no maintenance. (After spending a day in the yard, that is a really attractive feature.)

This looks like a nice, affordable neighborhood. We don't have any associationa that cover a security system in each home. I never even considered that. I wonder if that's more affordable than guards and/or gates.
