This sounds like a very nice place for the buyer looking to downsize.  The price range is good for the retiring couple or individual.

Don- The price is certainly right, especially for the to be new homes.

JL - Ivy Square looks like a very nice and affordable neighborhood.  Plenty of interior space for a retired couple or for those just getting started and no maintenance.  (After spending a day in the yard, that is a really attractive feature.)

This looks like a nice, affordable neighborhood. We don't have any associationa that cover a security system in each home. I never even considered that. I wonder if that's more affordable than guards and/or gates.

Ken- Thanks.

Erik- The low maintenance really makes them attractive a lot of people.

Lou- It is a great value for new homes of this style.

Lisa- There maybe others that do around here, but this community and the others like it that the builder does around town are the only communities that I know for sure have security systems covered.

Richard- Thank you sir.

Liz- I think it's a nice little community.
