Community Boat Docks in Lake Carolina

Community Boat Docks in Lake Carolina  One of the questions I am asked on a regular basis about the lake itself in Lake Carolina is, "Do they allow boats?" Well, the answer to that is yes, you are allowed to put boats in Lake Carolina and they can be motorized boats as well.

You do have to be a resident of Lake Carolina and you do have to be a member the Lake Association, but there are two community boat docks in Lake Carolina, one on either end of the lake and few private boat docks for Harborside residents.

Community Boat Docks in Lake Carolina  One boat dock in Lake Carolina is located along Lake Carolina BLVD between the main entrance and the Centennial section of the community . There is a launch next to the dock and parking available. There is also a fishing dock in that location as well.

The other boat dock in located in Sunset Park on the other end of Lake Carolina near Sandy Glen past the Jeep Rogers YMCA. The area not only has a dock but also picnic areas, swings, and another fishing dock. So if you are looking for community with boat docks and a lake that you can actually use, then maybe Lake Carolina in Northeast Columbia, SC is the place for you.
